kimm Jewellery will use reasonable commercial efforts to dispatch your freshwater pearl jewellery order to you within 4-14 working days from receipt of your order and payment. Where you request for your order to be delivered to a non-metropolitan, remote address, your order may take an additional 5 working days to be delivered to you. Most orders can typically be provided within 16 days. Out of Stock or Back Order Stock items may take a further 4-8 weeks for delivery - we will contact you if this is the case for further instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy

kimm Jewellery reserves the right to either repair or replace an item, whichever is foremost applicable. Proof of purchase must be provided at all times.
In circumstances where neither option is available, a similarly designed item will be offered. An account credit can only be provided if an identical or similarly designed item is no longer available. We do not provide warranty on altered, misused or general wear and tear items.

Items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded for any reason outside of the above. Exchanges, refunds or credits are not provided for change of mind purchases. If goods you have received have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately by email at info@kimmjewellery.com on the day of receipt. If packaging is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging and invoice.

We understand that on occasion, people are not satisfied with their online purchases. In such a case, the item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received, unworn, unused and in it's original packaging within 7 days of shipping, return postage will be at the senders expense.
